I’d been thinking about kickstarting myself out of the winter doldrums and viola!
Gotta love Facebook! Just when you’re feeling kinda low and can’t seem to see your way through the darkness, one of your friends shares a photo worth 1,000 words and a simple way of keeping track of accomplishment, appreciation (gratitude) and happiness this year.
Whatever you decide to call it a-Joy Jar, Happiness Jar, Gratitude Jar, Beauty Box, Bountiful Box, Heart Notes or to keep track of Accomplishments, fill it up, then review the past year and enjoy the life you are living!

Even on lousy days, you do this. Because even on lousy days, there is one best moment (or at least, one least-worst moment.)
You stick that little piece of paper in the jar”…..read the rest here
Just the match for which I’d been searching!
